After I hit the magic 50 post number (and it only took 2 months) I entered one of my want list on the "Post Numismatic Items You Want To Buy Here" section.

I then tried to send myself an email (twice). Both times it said the mail was sent, however, I have yet to receive either one.

Is this because I'm sending one to myself?

God knows I have no trouble receiving spam, so it can't be that.

Any ideas?

hmm that's very weird. I'm sure Bobby will be able to tell you what to do. Your link is definitely on because that's what I clicked to email you.

The email system is working perfectly. uouo77, you better make sure you don't have a spam filter getting the emails sent from here and that your email address here is correct.

If you are using Yahoo, try turning off SpamGuard. It appears to be way too aggressive.

Concur, about 75% of emails from here get blocked by the yahoo spam filter in my experience.

Well I have SBC which is owned by ATT and I understand they are in bed with Yahoo.

however, I using Outlook express as a client.

my only thought is that ATT is blocking them before they reach me.

Thanks. Yep it was Yahoo's SpamGuard. I had to log into there site to change it.

I did talk to a woman on the phone and she said to mark the emails then move them to my inbox. The computer will then send all email from that address in the future through. I tested it but it didn't work, so I just turned the thing off.

Excellent!

Yeah, I tested that concept as well. No luck. Had to shut it off.
