From the land of he Bluenose....this is what I often wear around my neck to break the ice...."My conversation piece" which is a great ice breaker and has aided me in finding new spots to dig. About 140 of the rings I have found strung on a shoe lace.

Very cool, nice assortment of rings>>> So you been detecting for awhile? whats the best find you ever made? ( coins) diamonds?

Meant to ask, At 1 time I had an Eagle detector..What kind do you use?

From the land ofthe Bluenose...use a Freedom 3 Plus of which I own 4...only one working at the time. Have been detecting 38 years.

It's good you'r in Canada!, that length of time metal detecting here and you'l detect not coins but most likely bombs left-over from WWII. Manila is one of the most bombed-out city in the entire WWII.
