@canacoins. Go to ebay and buy an "18% grey card" it's just a mat that you put your coins on to photograph. It balances you cameras white balance for more true looking photos

Here is a lovely 1944 Mexican Peso with loads of silver luster and some light gold toning around the rims. It's a very common coin, but I love how it looks.

Great pictures, Cascade! The toning shows strong and true. Slabbed coins can be tricky to shoot, especially when there is color involved.

I'm still reeling over that MEGA discovery of yours. Truly remarkable. I've been showing friends and family the Coin World article and telling them that MY friend from California discovered it. In every instance the conversation turns into what you would do if you won the lottery. LOL.
