 Wow those barbers lovely. The oregons seems to tone often. Not a dramatic toning on this 1940 krona. A golden tone next to a normal 41  This 1942 has a odd toning. The 1942 is the most rare of the series 1910-42. Only 240k minted then there was a design change. So this is a keydate för all krona collectors and might cost a bit

I haven't checked out this topic in a long while - a lot of beautiful toners being shared! Here are a couple recent acquisitions I'm happy with. The first is a Missouri 2*4 commemorative with subtle toning, and the 2nd is a heavily toned 1946 BTW commemorative. I normally don't buy coins with heavy toning but the color variations on this one I found quite appealing.

Thank you DB, EV, JB, IJN and Doctor Wow Hokie I love them both, but that Missouri is a subtle gem. Not good for me to watch threads like this, I get expensive ideas in my head
