Its not a disease but a silver bar. I think its about a pound. But its a replica of a 1928 $1000 Federal Reserve Note.

It has .999 F.S. on it. It also on the back of the bar has a number on it - 02659 which I'm guessing is a serial number.

Does anyone have any insight on this?

It'll be a privately made ingot in the shape of a banknote. It may have some interest from banknote collectors who'd be prepared to pay slightly more than silver bullion value for it.
