If current pricing is not relevant to you, I'd go for B, because it contains more coins. I have a 2006 edition Krause, which was the last year the 20th and 21st centuries were still in one volume.
Be warned, there are "cut down" books sold by Krause, like "World Coins & Currency" an "Collecting World Coins" that only contain circulating coins; again, if that's what you're interested in and NCLT and bullion coins bore you to tears, then by all means buy the cut-down versions of the catalogue. But be aware when doing so that you're more likely to encounter coins that aren't in your catalogue.

Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
