Numismedia has pricing for a 1955 P Franklin half FBL graded MS66 at $442, and they have a Cameo Proof 66 at $150. PCGS similarly lists the FBL and the Proof separately.
Since proofs are struck to a higher quality standard than business strikes, it is assumed that they will always have full details so the descriptors like FBL, FSB, FS, etc do not apply. Also from that era in regards to proofs, you can have brilliant, cameo, or deep cameo. Brilliant is the most common while deep cameo tends to be the rarest and most valuable. The frosted effect was not emphasized in the production of proof dies so only the first few strikes would have the strongest cameo effect and it would fade away as more coins were struck. Modern proofs(1968-date) are intended to be cameo or deep cameo.
