is its grade a G or an F ?

I think your coin is the C2/type 2 obverse. One marker I know for the C1 is the long serif in N of REGINA.
Compare to this C1 obverse:

Keep your eyes open...I found mine in a dealer's album at a show. I bet more are out there.

It's definitely an Obv 2. All 4 markers are wrong for a #1. Crown tip, neck truncation, chin/throat, and N in Regina.

I agree with oclacda, this is a well worn obv 2.

DVCollector, that is a nice example of an Obv 1!
