This has to be one of the nicest ghosting I've found on a PL coin.Full ghosting affect on the antlers of the caribou.Note the star,1 and the 9.Or is there another term for this type of error?

Polish doubling. It is the result of zealous polishing of the dies. A lot of 1949 nickles have this as well. Ghosting is when there is not enough metal to flow into the devices because the coins are poorly designed. What happens is you will see a pattern of the other side of the coin show up but it is not the result of a clash. It will not have strong lines like a clash, just a ghostly image. I believe 1967 dollars have a type of ghosting on the reverse where the ghosting makes the lustre around the goose always look like there is a ghostly image of a head in the fields.
