I'm not a note collector and profess zero knowledge on them. Recently I inherited a folder with some notes/canx checks/commemorative currency in it. I will post pictures here and ask that if anyone has knowledge they could share, please do. There are lots of pictures because everyone here likes pictures.

Some script on parchment ...

Obverse

Reverse

The first few look to be colonial.
Rest in Peace

The colonial & continental currency paper doesn't look right to me. I see one has copy on it and I think they are all copies. The old checks look good. I see them on ebay alot and they can bring a couple bucks each. I would think the Bank Of The United States checks would bring the most. I have one of those ANA notes. I don't remember how I got it. I don't know if it has any value. Just my opinion.
