I went metal detecting for the first time today with my father in law. We went to a high school and searched around the bleachers, then to the elemetary school across the street and searched the playground there.

We found a total of.....drumroll please... 4 cents!

I'm going to have to research to try to find some additional places!

I like to use google earth or the new bing.com sites
just "fly" around and look at parks and schools
make mental notes what part of the park looks best (or oldest)
