Apparently so I wouldn't be confused and throw away something valuable:
My-Buddy-Showed-Me-This-Gold-Nugget.

It's not actually a coin, but it seems coin related.

The US once had free coinage of gold, which meant that you brought in specimens like this and they gave you sacks of gold coins.
