It looks like a 1928, but the picture is quite blurry. I don't think you need a closeup as much as a sharper picture. Check your camera setting and make sure it is on macro. We would also need a picture of the reverse to make sure it is a P mint. :-)

Yes, your photo depicts a 1928 Peace dollar, presumably authentic.
