Looka at tie slanted upper left corners of " RTY ". and notice the notches. also the beveled lower right corners of the same letters. also,line to the left of the same , and on top.

No. I would suggest to check out https://www.Coppercoins.com to try to search for anything you may have found and even check over markers just incase it IS the real thing!
