Please identify what this is. All facts appreciated that are known: date, metal content, metal purity, weight, translation of the Hebrew, Yiddish, Ladino, Yevanic, whatever language this is (this is what I get for flunking Hebrew school ). Foreign language was never my thing.

Unfortunately, Kiwi_Bird got himself evicted from the forum for making non-family-friendly posts, so he won't be answering the question himself.
