Here's a close up of the fake one US dollar year 1851 silver coin after cleaning, note copper came out and just traces of silver plating remained. The "L" and the "T" on Liberty is segmented.

Bought this one way back 1991, I saw it at ebay today as "replica" it's not even a replica because there's no original, it's the exact size of a USA silver Dollar. So what is it called, a token or medal? Thanks

I would classify it as a fantasy piece- something that takes design details of real coins and combines them in impossible combinations. The obverse is obviously an Indian Head cent design while the reverse is of a Type 1 Gold Dollar.

That's an interesting hybrid.
The reverse is clearly a 20 C. lettering style.
