North Korean Commerative Notes

While looking around on ebay I found something that looks interesting. Apparently North Korea released a series of commemorative bank notes for Kim's 95Th birthday. They actually don't look too bad. I was just wondering if anyone had knowledge about counterfeits that may be floating around, if any.

Also the two sellers that I am thinking about buying these notes off of are: coinsell with 6256 feedbacks at a rating of 99.9% or yrf0420 with a 3696 feedbacks at a rating of 99.8%. Has anyone dealt with / know about either of these dealers and if so are the ok to deal with.
