Came across this roll searching US pennies my guess is Belgian? Any info for me?

Yep, pre-Euro Belgian coin.
KM# 149.1, Bronze, same size as US cent (19mm)

Um, no. If you read the OP, he said he found it in a "penny roll". It's bronze, and the same size as a US cent (as DVC said).
