I'd say EF-40, with what looks to be some damage by the shoulder.

EF. I always look at the wheat and the ear.

As far as my judgment, I should admit that most of what I know about coins comes from paying for overgraded coins at stores.

Good details. Some wear and a few dings/scratches make this a nice VF-35 IMO.

You should post that nice 1925-D for grading. It's always fun to see people grade Lincolns that are known for poor strikes.
