There is absolutely no way to tell if that coin is even Uncirculated from the photo provided. The 1924-S is an extreme Condition Rarity at MS65 and above; it's almost a $10,000 coin in MS65. Wouldn't touch this auction with a stolen 10-foot pole.

Caution is absolutely warranted here; if the seller is claiming a grade that lofty for a 1924-S, it's a huge red flag that the coin is not in a slab, even if it's a Canadian sale.

If you can get it for au50 money, it might be o.k., however I wouldn't touch one of these unslabbed at ms-65 period.
