I think these Morgans look like they've been cleaned.. just wanted verification I wasn't seeing things, or if there's another explanation...

Unfortunately yes, they all exhibit cleaning Halos. Some more harshly cleaned than others.

Possibly no if it is possible for a ooin to have been in circulation for over a hundred years, show wear from that and never have accumulated any dirt inbetween the numbers and letters.
In areas like the inside of an A or B there should always be some debris or some type. Those little spaces just accumulate stuff and if not cleaned, there should be something like dirt there.
As an example note the dirt around the stars on that 88. Similar with the 00. If those two appear to have been cleaned it was a long time ago or someone knows how to put dirt around those items.
