Judging from the photos, I'd go with MS62.

From what I can see I would grade it at AU-58.

AU55. There are a lot of little hints that the coin is circulated rather than weakly-struck. If I'm reading the light right, the fields are showing too little luster to go as high as AU58.

This high mintage Morgan was salvaged from the glue factory---it had glue all over the reverse...and YES acetone does work!

PS There are no gashes, and athough this coin has BU details, it would be considered cleaned with uncirculated details.
