I was looking at an auction listing and they have some Ikes listed as brown box and blue pack. What does that mean?

These are the silver Ikes. The blue Ikes are the uncirculated ones, and the brown box are the proofs.

Browns are the more valuable ones. I think the Brown '73 is the key and fetches a pretty high price (for Ikes!).

If your interested in Ike dollars there is a web site called jmscoins. The guy that runs that site is an Ike specialist and has all kinds of stuff listed about his credentials.
