The edges do appear to be have less luster and did a ruler weight comparison to a circ steal cent and same weight...so I guess just good finds?

.. and it should have that cartwheel luster effect.

From the photos, it looks like a replated cent to me.

For my 2 cents I'd say original but the lighting glare may be creating a plated appearance. I've presently collected 2,650 Steel Cents and found that some are plated with Zinc, Tin, Copper, Chrome and for all I know, Silver. No Silver ones found yet. I'm presently trying for an entire roll of the Chomed ones but those are the least I've found. The Zinced ones are the most common plated ones and as a rule, not always true, the lettering becomes a little on the fatesh side. Everything on the one you posted appears to be sharp, not fattened. The Tinned ones appear to be really off colored though and yours is not. The Chromed ones are like a mirror and I suppose the people that made those tried to sell as a Proof. Odd thing is some are D mints.
Had to edit to say I've only got 3 Copper plated ones. Sure wish I could find more of those.
I've got several rolls of ones like yours and my 2 cents is that one is for real. I always wonder how that expression got started about the 2 cents.
