Just heard on the radio that paper money is an excellent way to transmit viruses from one person to another. Viruses tend to survive longer on bills because the bills sometimes contain moisture from sweat and are kept at an ideal temperature next to the body. YUK! Another reason to move toward polymer bills and $1 and $2 coins. I'm sure the mints will work on this problem just as soon as they figure out how to make cents out of something worth less than dirt.
Rest in Peace

I've seen several media reports that many, if not most, of the dollar bills in circulation contain traces of a prohibited substance-if you catch my drift.

According to a CNN report, 90% of all U.S. bills are tainted with traces of cocaine. Here's a link:

And, yes, 100% of bills will have viruses and bacteria on them; even new bills. Of course, heavily circulated bills will likely contain a greater number and diversity of microbes.

Viruses and bacteria are everywhere. They always have been in always will be. Bacteria were the first organisms on Earth and will probably be here long after we are gone. The reason we are seeing more and more "super viruses" is the prolific use of antibiotics and germ killers. You know how it says it kills 99.9% well that .01% now has a resistance to that particular agent and we have been doing this for about 100 years...

As a nurse, I would be remiss if I didn't instruct you to send me all your biohazard money for proper disposal. Your health is my concern!

Seriously, what public entity isn't contaminated that you come in contact with every single day?

Just don't have unprotected "relations" with your bills.
