63 looks like a sure thing. A really good shot at 64 though.

Ok here I am again with is it weak strike or wear?

Now the number 1 question. Can a coin look this good and have wear?

It may have a shot at 64, but I think it would be a stretch. Main distractor is the relatively large bag mark on the reverse in a prime area. Looks like a reed hit from another Morgan. That and the hit on the rim on the obverse by the "b" in pluribus may hold it back.
