How many ancient coin dealers can you reasonably expect to appear at major shows? Particularly the FUN show in Orlando, the ANA Money shows and the upcoming Chicago show? I went to my first major show in Chattanooga last month, but there were only 3 dealers with any emphasis on ancients out of 100-150 dealers! I want to find "bargain bins" of byzantines!!

Thanks, Bill
Rest in Peace

Good luck! I would be interested, if you do find a bargain bin, in how many are counterfeit?

I went to a local show about a month ago...it was fairly large at a nice sized hotel's conference room. There was one dealer who specialized in ancients and they only had high end coins. It was great to be able to see what they carried, but there was no way I could afford any of them. I was pretty disappointed since one of the reasons I went to the show was to look for ancients. Oh well...

Good luck in your search!
