Well, Scoutjim, let's see what we've got today...

Coin 1: Danzig (Polish). The only one listed in Krause from there with that design and dated 1662 is the ¼ thaler, also known as the "10 grozy" or the "ort" (KM# 54).

Coin 2: Poland, 18 groszy (a.k.a. "tympf") of the same king as coin 1; unfortunately, the date is in the worn part to the top left of the shield side. Looks like KM#88.4 to me. To the left and right of the shield are the numbers "1" and "8", marking the denomination (18); below these numbers are the mintmaster's letters "A" and "T". "AT" types for KM# 88.4 are recorded throughout the period 1651-1664. CV is typically around $12 for one in "good", but given the date is worn off it may be worth even less than that.

Coin 3: Another Danish city-state: this one is from the city of Thorn (hey, that's one country I don't have yet!). The denomination (18) is in the circle at the base: another 18 grozy coin. KM# 35, CV $50 in Fine. The mintmaster initials are "HI-L", an unrecorded combination for 1654. Don't know what that means for the value.

For all three coins: for composition Krause just says "silver". The pics in Krause are 29mm to 30mm across. The ruler depicted is King Johann Casimir of Poland (ruled 1649-1668).

No problem at all - one way for me to learn more about coins is to do this kind of research.

Do they look real? Well, I've heard stories about some convincing fakes coming out of Eastern Europe since the fall of communism, but judging by the pics, these don't look any "better" or "worse" (depending on your point of view) than similar coins I've seen for sale around here. I think gxseries or Swamperbob can comment better on what to look for with counterfeits in this series than I can.
