I don't want to get too excited only to find out this is not a DDR. It looks like a DDR but I can't match any markers to Chuck's 94P-1DR-003 except there is similarity by Lincoln's profile on the Obverse. He has requested to see the coin in hand as it appears that this 94P could be a new find for the " CONECA " files. Coin is going out to him for review/attribution etc. I'll post results when known.
