Is this a mint issued set? Is it just bullion? Does it have any value? Thanks

I want to say that I'm almost completely certain it's not a US Mint set... the logo on the top looks all wrong.

i think it is a replacation bullion set though I do not think that the one in the middle is gold, maybe copper. very pretty set, I'm 90% sure that it is not a mint set form the US mint but I could be wrong.

you may want to check them for a marking of what kind of metals they consist of. They look like some private minted coins to me and they could either be pure precious metals (silver, copper) or they could just be layered in precious metals. Usually they will be stamped either way, if they are layered then they are not even bullion coins, if they are solid precious metals then they will be worth at least the price of spot of that certain metal at any given time. I agree these were almost certainly not minted bu the US mint and was probably a product of someone like the Franklin Mint or some other private mint like that. If they aren't stamped with what type of precious metals they consist of then chances are it doesn't contain any precious metals but you would have to find who minted them and check there to see what they actually are made of

I don't think it's a Franklin mint set... unless they changed their seal recently.

the owner could clear up what mint its from by just telling us what the seal says on the inside of that case they are in. There are so many private mints doing stuff like this there is no telling without the OP telling us what the seal says unless someone actually recognizes the small amount of the seal seen in the pictures and is familiar with it
