The scarcer coin for 1942 Bombay halfpennies has the "type D" or "long denticles" reverse. Most minted in 1942 use the type C "short denticles" reverse. Here's a site which describes the differences well (near the bottom of the page). Did I cover everything, Aussie collectors?
