I know its tough to grade by pictures alone...anyone think this 1949 D FS stands a chance at MS67?

I feel it will grade above MS65...MS66 or MS67...Huge difference in value!

Very nice coin with minimal hits. Steps are not clear enough for the FS designation and the strike appears soft or rev. The details of the building are not crisp. MS65 maybe 66 but no FS. nlp
