I got a 63 star in change this week, it's in pretty good shape. But I was looking it up online and the signature for the Sec of the Treasury is Henry Fowler, but the paper money website says it should be Clarence Dillon. I assume this is a mistake with the website, but is a older star note worth much more than face?

You must have a 1963A. The 1963 has Dillon 63A has Fowler and 63B has Barr. The date on paper is more of a series number then a date. They are made more then one date. When the Sec of Treasury changes they add a Letter to the date.
