I found this in a bag of coins from WWII that my Dad held onto. I am wondering what kind of condition it is considered, and maybe an estimated value.

I would say Vf to Xf in that range and as for value, around $16.

Detail wise I would say VF-30, though there are lots of scratches which would drop the grage a bit. BV lists it at $17 in VF-20.

I would say XF-40 details, with either "scratched" or "cleaned" designation.
