I need a website or some other source that would indicate world coin prices, especially from Europe. Thank you

IN WCG, Click on a country, then click on the big "Click here for world coin prices" links.

WCG only gives a single price for the type, and doesn't mention if there are any scarce dates, mintmarks, etc - it's a useful guide, but not definitive. As the disclaimers say, "Minimum Coin Values by Type and Condition - These are most common date values based on various references. Specific date coins may be worth much more."

If you want a more definitive list, go for NumisMaster - but if you want mintages and prices from them, you'll have to pay a subscription.

Offline, you'd need to buy a Krause catalogue - it comes in either DVD or book form.

You can buy Krauses from lots of places - Numismaster has a "shop" page (both the NumisMaster website and the Krause book/DVD are prepared by the same people), ebay, Amazon or a large bookstore chain should stock them, and if your local coin dealer has anything at all to do with non-US coins, they probably either stock them or could order them in for you.

The books are quite large - they're colloquially known as "phone books" - and each century is a separate volume, so if shipping costs are an obstacle, order the DVD version.
