I'll be in St Louis next month for a few days and was wondering if anyone knows of any shows, large or small, within a 100 mile radius?

I just happen to live in St. Louis so I would be the perfect one to answer your question The SLNA 46th Annual Greater American Coin Fair is Feb 12-14 at the Airport Hilton and it will have about 100 dealers. There is also a smaller one just across the river in Fairview Heights, IL Jan 30-31. It is the 52nd Annual Dupo Coin Club show at the Ramada Inn at Hwy 159 and I-64.
