no one knows how many are actually left in the holders, you may be able to search NGC and see how many they have graded and those will still be in the holders but no way to know how many are left actually in the holders out there

are their any "REAL FIGURES" for 1889 1892 1893 still in holders?

At least two of them ARE still in the GSA holder. Sorry I can never remember which two. The third one has not been reported since it was mailed out as part of the "Mixed CC" dollars at a cost of $15. It may still be in a collection somewhere or it may have been cracked out for the windfall profit years ago.

There was also a 50% off-center CC Morgan that went out with the $15 Mixed CC group. It had a note included requesting the lucky buyer contact the GSA so they would know where it went (Publicity reasons.) The winner of that coin DID contact them. He was unhappy with having gotten a defective coin and wanted to exchange it until he was informed of its true value. I don't know if similar "Contact us" notes were included with the 89, 92, and 93 CC dollars but if not they should have been.
