I've bought this coin from ebay. It's 13 mm, has signs of electroplate that are visible on the pictures. I checked on Wildwinds and other web sites and found the similar Rev. side: Helmeted soldier (it looks like shield on left arm) spearing fallen horseman. In left field of reverse: some(?) letter. Per reverse side it could be either Constantius II or Constantius Gallus; however: 1. All coins of them are significantly larger 18 - 22 mm; 2. I couldn't find the Obv. side similar to my coin. My coin Obv. Bearded bust right, looks like pearled diadem.
So, could somebody help me to identify this coin, its mint and appox. value.

This is a late Roman coin, there isn't enough detail to tell who the emperor is but this type of revesre first appeared circa 348AD. It stayed in use with many emperors. The inscription was Fel Temp Reparatio ("Restoration of happy times"). Most likely this is emperor Constantius II 337-361 AD, who we see the reverse on very often.
