jdheyne Pillar of the Community United States 772 Posts	Posted 06/01/2006 4:21 pm Hey all, Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with Kitco. I sold them 600 oz of silver just about a month ago. It took about 3 weeks for my order to be processed. I emailed them yesterday as to the whereabouts on my check, they said it was mailed out on the 24th. Even with the holiday, it should have been here by now. Overall, it has been a very poor experience dealing with Kitco. They have very poor communications. They do not let you know when the product arrived. They do not let you know when everything has been inspected/approved. They do not let you know when the check had been mailed. The only time I was able to receive information is when I email them first to ask what the heck is going on. 600 oz worth of silver is a lot to be tied up. I could really be using some of that money right now. They did have the highest buy prices that I have found, locally or across the net. They bought it at 15 cents back of spot. I just had to ship it there. If you do not need the cash right away, maybe Kitco isn't that bad... but not being a large dealer, I really need this cash back ASAP and I would have settled for 75 cents back, just to get my money. Bryan1315 Bedrock of the Community United States 14454 Posts	Posted 06/01/2006 4:24 pm I sold them about 30 ounces and had my check within 7 working days, I have no idea whats going on with your order but my experience was a pleasurable one.
