The first one may be a coin of Ferdinand IV of Naples (?).

The fourth one is certainly a Russian kopek from the first half of the 18th century. These are usually called kopeks of Peter the Great (although I don't know if they were minted only during his reign), and can be dated based on the lettering below the denomination.

The fifth one looks like a Portuguese copper 5/10/20 reis, depending on the size, the date should be betwen "PORTUGALIAE" and "REGINA" (the scan has this part cut off).

Third one looks like a German city-state coin, but I can't see it well enough to ID it. The monogram should be obvious to someone who knows these, but ... I'm not that guy!

#1: Kingdom of Naples, as DL20K said. I think it's a 3 tornesi, 1788. KM/C# 43, CV $7 in VG; with the wear and the huge chunk missing, I doubt this would be worth over a dollar.

#2: German state of Hesse-Cassel, 4 heller I believe, either 1774, 1778 or 1782; I'd lead towards 1782. All dates CV $3 in VG; this is near-basal state.

#3: German state of the Arhbishopric of Trier, 4 pfennig 1748. KM# 259, CV $5 in VG.

#4: What DL20K said: It's an old Russian kopek.

#5: Portugal, as DL20K said.

Look at the shield on #2, it looks like Wilhelm IX to me.
Friedrich II used a slightly different design.
