Looked on google and found a bunch of reports of shilling. Some bidders seem to have nearly 100% activity with him. Your thoughts? I'm sure some of you are familiar with him, but I haven't seen this thread come up before. Hope its allowed, if this is a touchy subject then feel free to delete it.

I've followed those discussions over on the PCGS pages. No one has come forward with definitive proof and the sellers Feedback and DSR's are very high. If you are concerned about shills, there are a couple of approaches to thwart them. Determine a good price for the item (less than current greysheet bid) and bid it. If you win, you got it for a decent price. Or, snipe the auction within the last three seconds with that bid and shills won't have a chance to react. That seller offers some nice certified coins and the pictures are super!

That's true. I'm not denying that the coins are nice, I've just seen the discussions. And yeah, the sniping does help.

I guess it all depends on how you define proof to be "definitive" I watched one of the discussions on this auction:

http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI....300365910004

Take a look at some of the top bidders

Items bid on: 186
Bid activity (%) with this seller: 94%

Another under bidder has 88%.

Items bid on: 453
Bid activity (%) with this seller: 88%

The winner? 100% of his bid activity is with this seller.

Items bid on: 52
Bid activity (%) with this seller: 100%

And I haven't looked at all of them. By itself would all of this stand up in a court of law? Probably not. But I certainly don't trust the guy.
