My initial feeling is that these coins are both uncirculated, but I do not see any luster. Are these images scans or digital photographs. They appear to be scans to me. Also, is the gold coloring accurate or is that just from the lighting?

The coloring is the lighting, they are digitals. I just can't seem to get the hang of proper lighting. They do have full luster and I'm pretty sure the 49 has full bell lines, unless I'm missing something. Definatley better line than my 61 proof
