From what I can tell it looks to be MS-63.

Neal,

Not easy from those photos but I'll venture MS64PL. The fields look very clean and the cheek appears problem free. And it presents enough contrast between the fields and devices to call it Prooflike. You'll have to verify the mirrors for yourself.

Are these the seller's images?

I am going to say MS-63 also. I think the cheek is a little baggy to make 64

I would have to agree with most here. The pictures aren't great and the strike is a little tough to see, but I think it's a solid MS-63. I also don't think it could make MS-64. By the way, "baggy" is such a great word. I saw that here for the first time and now I throw it around all the time like I'm an expert!
