1995-D LMC Die Cracks?

Found this while searching my change last night and not quite sure. Appears to be some small cracks between the shoulder and the rim near the motto.

1995-D-LMC-Die-Cracks?

Gas Bubbles I believe. Take a tooth pick to them, they should flatten out.

Tried it and they didn't flatten at all

Definitely not die cracks,looks like a plating issue.
