1951-S Jefferson Die Crack-Clash?

My last coin to finish my Jefferson Dansco-ya hoo. Anyway, I got this 51S (gem bu)-is that a die clash or what in front of the forehead? It is really strange, of the last few jeffs I purchased, several had clear die cracks. Most of my set came from roll searching. Thanks!
