hhbkiddo Pillar of the Community Canada 1248 Posts	Posted 02/04/2010 10:30 pm this coin is a max of xf. it is definitely circulated and the marks are evident. there are a lot of these around and only the very top grades get good $$$ this one seems to have experienced some 'reconditioning" as the luster is missing Report this Post to the Staff
xshift Pillar of the Community United States 2669 Posts	Posted 02/05/2010 2:48 pm Metalman, is that a scan or a photo? Luster (and frost) don't show well when scanning, so that could be why the luster isn't apparent. Report this Post to the Staff
Metalman Pillar of the Community United States 7123 Posts	Posted 02/05/2010 7:24 pm Hi xshift, its a photograph, the coin has a frosted appearance but maybe a little dark than the pictures displays. I may try and retake it and see if I can get the luster to show, thats the hardest part of photographing coins. Report this Post to the Staff
