Is it AU or BU , some of the details look like they have wear on them I'm really not familiar enough wit hthese coins to know if its normal or wear.

I don't see any circulation wear on this coin. I'd grade it at MS-61.

just my humble opinion but it seems to me like it was cleaned and re-toned.

Propagoria would the cleaning affect both obverse and reverse, the coin is frosty, I see no hairlines from an abrasive, do you think it may have been dipped?

this coin is a max of xf.
it is definitely circulated and the marks are evident.
there are a lot of these around and only the very top grades get good $$$
this one seems to have experienced some 'reconditioning" as the luster is missing

Metalman, is that a scan or a photo? Luster (and frost) don't show well when scanning, so that could be why the luster isn't apparent.

Hi xshift, its a photograph, the coin has a frosted appearance but maybe a little dark than the pictures displays.

I may try and retake it and see if I can get the luster to show, thats the hardest part of photographing coins.

It does seem dull to me so I would assume that it was dipped and then re-toned

Dipping would give you lines under magnification, right?
