Another Counterfeit/Fake PCGS From China

The picture of the item 390153368111 - 1873-S Trade dollar PCGS MS62 does not match the one listed on the Heritage Auction. What's the procedur to report this to ebay? I would not know, unless obvious and glaring design problems but it sounds like you think that they are faking the holder on this one, too. What do you see that makes you suspicious?
