Anybody ever heard of the Evolution set which I am told is a set of two bills with the same serial number matched in a presentation holder. A man wants to sell his to me for $150. I have never heard of this, but he says there were only 200 set put out for sale.

if this is the set you may want to let him know you can get one off of ebay for 115 BIN and see if he will come down on the price. Also tell him they were 10,000 sets instead of 200 so he thinks they aren't as rare as he once thought so they aren't worth what he thought either. This is just what I would do if I were interested anyway, you do not have to follow my steps if you would rather not
