I just got this guy today. He is fairly well-centered, though there is some extra material due to how it was struck. The reverse is not quite as clear and I do not see a mint mark, which would ordinarily be indicative of a coin having been minted in Rome, but since Victorinus was Emperor of the Gallic Empire from 268-271 this is certainly not the case. Any help would be appreciated!

Not at all. Mintmarks were not systematically applied until the time of Diocletian; the Anglo-Gallic Empire rarely used them. The mints have to be determined from archaeological evidence. Sear attributes this coin (INVICTVS, Sol advancing, reverse type C, #11170) to the Cologne mint, circa 270-271 AD.

Wow, I didn't know that! I learned something new. Thanks for all the help, Sap. As always, you are quite the expert.

Also, might you have any idea what my coin may be worth? Thanks!

CV for the type in Sear is $20 in VF; I wouldn't call this one VF, but the type is clearly identifiable with most of the legends visible - I'd think $10 to $15 would be a good price.
