most wheat cents are worth +/- 5 cents. yours looks to be in xf-au condition. one coin price guide shows it worth about $.10. the die break is really fairly common, for the late 50's. probably dosent add much - if anything. I personally keep the coins with things like yours.

Is that considered a die break ( the loop of the 9 being filled in) ?

small die chip in the date, quite common
